I started this blog in 2008 with the excuse of keeping family and friends up with my adventures after moving from New York City to Seattle. It soon became apparent that when my friends asked to know how it was going in Seattle, they didn’t like being pointed to a post. Go figure.
Mom, bless her, keeps reading my posts.

I liked the exercise of writing, and now I use this space to put down stuff that comes to my mind.

I’m a computer programmer and lover of math, and I have a separate blog for those topics. I’ve lived in New York City, Seattle, Luxembourg, and briefly in Dublin. I’m back in Madrid now.
